Mulagljufur Canyon in Iceland (2024) Mulagljufur 峡谷

This canyon is in the southern shore of Iceland between Skaftafell Glacier and Fjallsárlón. A friend who travelled together with me there think the place like a prehistoric terre, and I agree with that. A Day Trip to White Rock (2025) 白石一日游

White Rock is a seaside town in south of Vancouver near the US-Canada border and a holiday resort. It takes less than an hour driving there from Vancouver. There is a road Marine Dr along the coast where you can enjoy most of the beautiful scenery of the town, including the famous pier and the white rock. There are restaurants, bars, shops, hotels and resident houses along the road. The buildings are not like typical North American towns but more like southern European style (Italy, Spain, etc.). There is also a railway between the road and the beach, and it is still in operation. Several trains pass by every day. The west of the town becomes steeper, and there are stairs between the road and the beach. After going down to the beach, you can see many local purple starfish.

白石(White Rock)是温哥华以南接近美加边境的一个海滨小镇，也是一个度假胜地。从温哥华驾车不到一小时就能抵达，沿海边有一条Marine Dr沿途就能欣赏小镇的大部分美景，包括知名的码头和白石头在内。沿路分布着餐馆、酒吧、商店以及旅馆、民房，建筑不像典型的北美小镇反而更具备南欧风格（意大利西班牙等）。道路和海滩之间还有一条铁路，而且还在运营中，一天中会有几次火车经过。小镇西部变陡，道路和海滩间需要经过一系列台阶，下到沙滩后，能看到很多本地特色的紫色海星。

Animals in Vancouver (Squirrel)-Vol.01温哥华动物（松鼠）

Earlier this week, I saw a few very cute squirrels while walking around Baver Lake in Stanley Park.

前几天沿着里Stanley Park的Baver Lake湖岸散步时见到了几只十分可爱的松鼠。

The temperate rainforests of British Columbia, composed of gymnosperms (such as firs and hemlocks), ferns, and horsetails—so-called “living fossils”—closely resemble prehistoric forests of the Jurassic era. Both share multilayered canopies, spore-based plant dominance.

BC省的温带雨林系统，由裸子植物（如冷杉、铁杉）、蕨类和木贼等 “活化石” 植物构成，其生态结构和植物谱系与侏罗纪时期的史前森林高度相似。二者都拥有多层次的林层、丰富的孢子植物。
