Birds in Vancouver (Virginia Rail)-Vol.10 温哥华鸟类 (弗吉尼亚秧鸡)

I saw a family of Virginia Rails (Rallus limicola) at Tsawwassen Causeway Beach, with an adult bird and about three chicks foraging. This bird is not very rare in general, but it is indeed rare in the Greater Vancouver area.

在Tsawwassen Causeway海滩见到了弗吉尼亚秧鸡(Rallus limicola)一家，一只成鸟带着3只左右的幼鸟在觅食。这种鸟不算十分稀有，但是在大温哥华地区确实比较少见。
